Equimozione

Equimozione is the holistic equine and personal-growth practice of Elisa Amodio, based in Appiano Gentile, Italy. Described as “riding that comes from the heart,” it offers a mindful approach to horses focused on connection, self-discovery and wellbeing rather than conventional riding. Sessions take place on the ground, with the horses moving freely as a herd. Elisa guides participants into the horses’ space, encouraging them to bring an intention, emotion or personal goal and explore it through attentive contact with the animals and nature.

The practice serves people of different ages and backgrounds, including women seeking confidence and greater serenity, young people, students, people with disabilities, and parents and children. Offerings include individual and group Equimozione pathways, sensory experiences in the forest, women’s shamanism circles, and tailored activities for students and families. The sessions provide opportunities for reflection, shared experience and connection in a protected natural setting. Elisa describes her work as a holistic wellbeing practice and identifies as an animal communicator, life coach and women’s shamanism practitioner.
