Equine Balance is an equine craniosacral education center offering online courses and in-person training for people seeking to support horses through gentle, attentive bodywork. Its teaching focuses on biodynamic craniosacral therapy, an approach that works with the horse’s natural rhythms and capacity for self-correction to encourage balance, vitality, and connection between horse and practitioner.

Founded around Shea Stewart’s decades of experience in horsemanship and equine bodywork, the program brings together biodynamic and biomechanical perspectives, with attention to anatomy, behavior, and the horse’s overall well-being. Courses are designed for different skill levels, while in-person classes provide hands-on learning at Camp Carter in Fort Worth, Texas. The Level 1 class requires basic horse-handling skills and recommends preparation in skull anatomy and prior experience receiving craniosacral work.

Equine Balance also shares educational articles on topics such as certification and distant animal healing, along with updates about classes, clinics, and events. Its compassionate, trauma-informed philosophy emphasizes listening to each horse, respecting its pace, and supporting whole-body balance rather than focusing only on individual symptoms.
