Equine

Equine Dispatch is an online platform that connects horse owners who need transportation with carriers seeking equine transport jobs across the United States. It supports moves for shows, sales, relocations, and other needs, whether local or long distance. Shippers can create an account, post a transport request with pickup and drop-off details, dates, horse information, and a desired price, then review carrier interest and discuss arrangements through chat. After delivery, shippers can rate and review the carrier.

Carriers can browse available jobs, filter shipments by location, trailer type, and dates, submit quotes, and communicate with shippers about pricing and logistics. The platform describes an escrow-based deposit system: it collects the shipper’s deposit plus an additional 10%, holds the funds until the shipper authorizes release, and provides a refund if a carrier does not show or cancels. Equine Dispatch also offers carrier verification information, including operating authority, safety records, insurance details, and FMCSA data, to help users make informed decisions before booking.
