Equin Equilibre is a saddle-fitting service founded by Tammy, a lifelong rider focused on improving horse welfare through correctly fitted equipment. Based near Pontarlier in France’s Franche-Comté region, Tammy travels to nearby departments to assess and adjust equestrian gear for both horse and rider. Her international experience includes work in stables in Greece, Portugal, Paraguay, Switzerland, and England, followed by saddle-fitting training with Glenn Hasker.

The service begins with an analysis of how a saddle fits the horse’s shape and the rider’s needs. Equin Equilibre also provides adjustments as a horse changes, including reflocking and modifications to the saddle tree’s width. Riders can arrange trials from a selection of saddles across multiple brands and models before choosing one suited to their needs.
