Equinity Paardencoaching

Equinity Paardencoaching provides equine-assisted coaching for young people aged 10 to 18 in Essen, Belgium, and Roosendaal, the Netherlands. Founded by Tessa, the practice combines practical activities with horses and focused coaching to help young people gain insight, confidence and emotional balance. Its services are available to those experiencing stress, uncertainty or challenges at school or at home, as well as young people with diagnoses such as ADHD or autism. Sessions are tailored to each participant and use the horse’s responses to non-verbal communication as a starting point for reflection and discussion.

A typical individual session lasts 60 minutes and includes an introduction, safety guidance, time to meet and groom the horse, and gentle exercises in an outdoor or indoor riding area. Participation takes place at the young person’s own pace, with no pressure to do anything they are uncomfortable with. Sessions cost €75, and a report can be provided by email if requested.
