Équipes Notre-Dame

Équipes Notre-Dame is a Christian movement that supports married couples as they deepen their love and live out the spiritual richness of marriage in everyday life. Founded in France by Father Henri Caffarel and four couples, it has grown to include more than 70,000 couples in 14,000 teams across 70 countries. In France, Luxembourg, and Switzerland, the movement invites couples to journey together in small teams, with the fraternal support of a priest.

Its approach combines conjugal spirituality, mutual support, and practical commitments that help couples grow gradually in faith, including prayer, listening to the Word, and dedicated time for conversation as a couple. The movement also offers resources and programs for different circumstances, such as Tandem Couple, a pathway for couples to talk together and with others; Parcours Ensemble, for couples who have lived together for at least ten years; and Équipes Reliance, for Christian couples in a new union. Massabielle, its house for couples, and activities such as retreats and prayer schools extend this support
