Équipe Soutien-famille

Équipe Soutien-famille is a nonprofit organization in Gatineau, Quebec, that supports families experiencing vulnerability and works to prevent abuse and neglect among children aged 18 months to five years. Its services help parents and children find support, build family well-being, and strengthen parents’ capacity to move toward greater autonomy and take an active role in their child’s development.

The organization offers respite care for young children, providing families with time to recharge while children take part in experiences intended to support their overall development and physical and emotional well-being. Personalized support visits provide families with more sustained guidance and accompaniment, helping connect front-line support with further intervention when needed.
