About EquipHotel Paris
EquipHotel Paris is a leading international trade event for hospitality professionals, organised every two years by RX France. Held at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, the 2026 edition runs from 2 to 5 November and focuses on “plural hospitality,” reflecting the sector’s diverse formats and evolving needs. The event connects investors, owners, operators and industry advisers with suppliers and emerging businesses from across the world.
Across four exhibition areas—Design, Wellbeing, Tech & Services, and Foodservice—visitors can explore products, services, innovations and advice for hotels and other hospitality establishments. The exhibition supports sourcing for investment projects and purchases, including furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E) and operating supplies and equipment (OS&E), as well as strategic business growth.
EquipHotel also offers more than 100 conferences and networking events, expert talks, themed inspiration spaces, competitions and the Innovation Awards. Its programme helps industry professionals follow trends, respond to change and discover practical solutions.
