EquiPlan is a management platform designed for Italian equestrian centres, riding schools, and stables. It brings administrative work and rider services together in one system, helping teams replace scattered spreadsheets, paper records, and lengthy message threads with a shared digital workspace. Its CRM supports lesson scheduling, calendar management, rider and staff records, horse profiles, and health information and deadlines. Centres can also manage recurring fees, prorated boarding charges, packages, competitions, numbered receipts, documents, and consent forms. Automated payment tracking and reminders help simplify routine administration.

An integrated app lets riders book or cancel lessons and view documents, with updates shared between the app and the centre’s CRM. EquiPlan offers a free 14-day trial without requiring a payment card, as well as tiered plans for different centre sizes. The free Basic plan covers core scheduling and health features, while paid options add capacity, payments, documents, support, and multi-location management. EquiPlan also provides a help centre and invites businesses to become sponsors.
