About Equitable Care Certification
Equitable Care Certification (ECC) is dedicated to promoting equitable health practices within the mental health sector. We provide a unique certification program comprising 12 courses designed for both licensed and unlicensed professionals, enabling them to offer inclusive and compassionate care. In addition to certification, ECC offers workshops, consulting services, and supervision aimed at enhancing the skills of mental health providers, including specialized resources for those supporting sex workers.
Our commitment to the community is reflected in the distribution of a portion of our revenue to sex workers, amounting to over $26,000 to date. ECC emphasizes continuous learning and awareness, providing free guides to strengthen understanding of sex work and related issues in mental health care. With a proactive approach, we invite mental health professionals to collaborate for transformation, ensuring that everyone receives the respectful and affirmative care they deserve.
