Equitat.org

Equitat.org is a foundation in Catalonia, formerly known as Fundació Bofill, working to reduce inequality and advance the right to quality education. With 57 years of experience in social justice, it combines research, practical projects and collaboration to help ensure that every child and young person can access meaningful educational opportunities, regardless of where they are born or live.

The foundation produces research, reports and proposals on education, including publications examining learning outcomes and educational pathways. It also develops initiatives and campaigns addressing challenges such as school dropout, absenteeism and reading. Its mentoring projects connect volunteers with young people and children, supporting educational continuity and literacy. Equitat.org works with teachers, researchers, partner organisations and volunteers, and convenes public events to share knowledge and encourage debate about the future of education in Catalonia. Through articles, resources, events and collaborative action, the organisation aims to make equity a practical foundation for learning, social progress and a stronger democracy.
