Ecole d'équitation du Souffle

Ecole d’équitation du Souffle is an equestrian centre in Scherwiller, in France’s Centre-Alsace region, near Sélestat and between Strasbourg and Colmar. Founded and run by experienced riding instructor Sandra Lallemand, the school welcomes children and adults, beginners and experienced riders, in a friendly setting focused on enjoyment, learning and the wellbeing of horses and ponies.

The centre offers riding lessons, including baby pony sessions for young children, as well as holiday courses, activities and events. Riders can explore traditional disciplines such as dressage, show jumping, eventing and hunter, alongside pony games, equifun, trail riding, TREC, horseback archery, carriage driving, groundwork and equicoaching. The school also supports leisure riding and competition, with riders having achieved results at French championships.

Facilities include stables, indoor and outdoor arenas, paddocks and access to nearby countryside trails. Horse and pony boarding is available, with daily care, feed, hay and use of the facilities, as well as one group lesson each week. Riders may also arrange partial or full leasing of a club horse or pony.
