The Higher Education Reform Experts Team (HERE team) plays a crucial role in supporting policy development by assisting in curriculum development, governance modernization, and strengthening relations between higher education sectors and the wider society.

They also facilitate policy dialogue with the EU and disseminate the results of Erasmus+ and former EU programs for modernization purposes.
