MOTIVO Ergotherapie is a therapy provider serving children, adolescents, and adults from two centers in Stuttgart-Bad Cannstatt and Remseck am Neckar. Founded by Matthias Mazzei in 2007, the organization focuses on individualized, practical treatment that helps clients strengthen everyday skills, independence, and participation. Its approach emphasizes personal relationships, empathy, and attention to each person’s abilities and needs.

MOTIVO offers occupational therapy across several areas, including pediatrics, neurology and geriatrics, orthopedics, psychiatry, and hand therapy. Additional services include neurofeedback and learning therapy, alongside methods such as sensory integration, Bobath therapy, attention training, and fine-motor and handwriting support. Treatment begins with an individual assessment and a plan tailored to each client, with progress reviewed throughout care. A medical referral is generally required for occupational therapy, and many services may be covered by health insurance.

In addition to appointments at its centers, MOTIVO provides home visits when prescribed, including therapy in clients’ homes, schools, kindergartens, and care facilities. The practice serves Stuttgart and surrounding communities, including Fellbach, Waiblingen, and Kornwestheim.
