Ergo Werk

Ergo Werk is a mobile occupational therapy service for children in Ibbenbüren, founded and run by Lara Lipinski. Therapy takes place in the child’s home, making it possible to work on skills and routines in a familiar, everyday setting. Lara offers individually tailored support for children who need help developing greater independence in daily life.

Occupational therapy at Ergo Werk can address challenges involving fine and gross motor skills, social interaction, and cognitive demands across different areas of a child’s life. Lara works with families to discuss and understand how a child thinks and acts, then explore practical ways to make everyday activities more manageable. Family involvement is an important part of her approach, supporting the child’s development through a shared process.

Lara has worked in occupational therapy since 2020 and is a team lead in interdisciplinary early intervention. Since 2025, she has also operated Ergo Werk as a part-time independent practice. Her mobile therapy service in Ibbenbüren is available only to privately insured families.
