Ergotherapie Taunus

Ergotherapie Taunus is Carolina Keller’s private pediatric occupational therapy practice in Usingen, serving children and families from across the Hochtaunus region. In a calm, child-friendly setting, Keller supports children’s development and independence through individualized treatment, offered to privately insured patients and self-paying clients. Services address fine and graphomotor skills, concentration, sensory integration, everyday independence, and challenges such as ADHD.

The practice also provides psychomotor activities to develop coordination, self-esteem, and social skills, as well as animal-assisted therapy with Ike, a certified Golden Retriever. Dog involvement is voluntary, and dog-free rooms are available for children with allergies or fears. Keller draws on extensive professional experience and is a state-authorized sectoral alternative practitioner for occupational therapy, allowing direct assessment and treatment without a doctor’s prescription as a private service.

Sessions are available individually or in small groups, in German, English, or Spanish. The practice works with families and international patients and cooperates with international schools. Private insurers and assistance funds may reimburse costs depending on individual coverage
