About Erica Moody • Fine Metal Wares
Erica Moody | Fine Metal Work is an independent craft studio based in Waldoboro, Maine, creating handmade serving wares, flatware, and custom hardware. Working with brass, stainless steel, and wood, Erica forges distinctive pieces designed to bring beauty and a sense of connection to everyday moments. The collection includes spoons, pie servers, wedding cake sets, cheese knives, oyster knives, and other serving utensils, offered as thoughtful gifts for weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, and housewarmings.
Customers can also commission customized cabinet hardware for kitchens, alongside other bespoke metalwork. The website features galleries of available serving wares, gift cards, wholesale options, and information on utensil care, shipping, and custom commissions. Erica shares her process through film clips and studio updates, and offers workshops and participates in curated shows and events.
New work and design releases are announced through the studio newsletter. The business also directs five percent of online sales and custom commissions to a different social justice nonprofit organization, with a featured October campaign supporting Vote Forward
