Erica Whatley Events

Erica Whatley Events is a wedding coordination business serving the Denver area, focused on helping couples enjoy the wedding they have planned without the stress of managing its many details. Rather than taking over the planning process, the business specializes in day-of coordination for couples who want to choose their vendors, design their celebration, and make their own decisions, while relying on a professional to bring everything together.

Support begins after booking, with guidance and recommendations by email and telephone. Erica Whatley Events helps finalize the wedding timeline, review vendor details and contracts, confirm and communicate with vendors, attend the final venue walkthrough, and coordinate the ceremony rehearsal. On the wedding day, the team manages deliveries, setup, vendors, and event proceedings, serving as the main point of contact so the couple can focus on celebrating.

Services include arranging ceremony and reception spaces according to the couple’s plan, directing key moments such as the processional, photographs, dinner, toasts, and cake cutting, and handling breakdown, gifts, personal items, and final vendor payments or gratuities. The goal is a smoothly executed, personal wedding day.
