Welcome to Ericeira Yoga Studio, a cozy and dedicated space for the practice of yoga located in the heart of Ericeira village. With 13 years of experience, we were the first studio in Ericeira solely focused on the teachings of yoga. Our team consists of experienced and certified teachers who are passionate about sharing this ancient practice with others.
We offer classes in various yoga styles for all ages, ensuring that every student can find the style that suits their needs. Our studio is fully equipped with all the necessary materials for a fulfilling practice. Founded by Joana Cadete, an avid surfer and yoga instructor for over 20 years, Ericeira Yoga Studio provides a warm and welcoming environment inspired by the ocean.
We started in Ribamar and have recently relocated to a calm area in the center of Ericeira, just a short walk from the beach. Our mission remains the same: to teach and share the practice of yoga as an art and a lifestyle that promotes holistic health, well-being, and self-discovery.
