The Eric Liddell Community is an Edinburgh-based care charity and community hub founded in 1980. Named after the inspirational Olympic gold medallist, Eric Liddell, our mission is to create a community where no one feels lonely or isolated. Housed in a beautiful converted former church, we offer a range of services and programs to support people living with dementia and their carers.
Our specialist dementia Day Care Service, along with our dementia support programs and carers' program, are designed to meet the unique needs of our clients. At the core of everything we do is our commitment to listening to the feedback of those who use our services, allowing us to continuously improve and better meet their needs. In addition to our care services, we also provide a vibrant community hub that offers health and wellbeing activities, fitness classes, and even a community café.
