Errands by Crystal is a personal assistance and errand service founded by Crystal Petroff, serving busy families, professionals, and seniors in Cleveland, Rutherford, and Gaston counties in North Carolina. Drawing on 36 years of experience owning Sparkles Cleaning Service, Crystal created the business to continue helping her community and give clients more time while easing the demands of everyday life.

Services include senior check-ins, grocery and personal shopping, appointment scheduling, transportation coordination, and support with to-do lists, travel preparation, and events. The business also handles drop-offs and pick-ups, including prescriptions, dry cleaning, takeout, post office items, retail orders, returns, and donations. Home management assistance ranges from house check-ins and coordinating service providers to organization, laundry help, restocking essentials, and small household tasks. Pet care is available as well, including sitting, dog walking, feeding, companionship visits, and transport to veterinary or grooming appointments.

Errands by Crystal offers personalized, practical support, with clients invited to ask about tasks not specifically listed.
