Erste Hilfe Bo

Erste-Hilfe-Bo is a first-aid training provider based in Buchholz in der Nordheide, Germany, founded by Julian Büchling. Drawing on his experience as a professional firefighter and emergency paramedic, Julian delivers practical courses designed to help participants respond confidently and effectively in emergencies. The training combines clear instruction with hands-on exercises to reduce uncertainty and make essential skills easier to apply.

Courses include a general first-aid course, workplace first-aid training and refresher courses for company first aiders, first aid for children, and emergency training for teams such as medical practices. Erste-Hilfe-Bo also offers tailored training for businesses, schools, fire services, and private groups. Its workplace courses follow employers’ accident insurance requirements, and the provider describes its training as DGUV-recognized, with official certificates for participants.

The brand’s approachable, engaging style aims to make learning accessible without losing sight of the seriousness of emergency care. Training takes place at its center in Holm-Seppensen, with course information and registration available through its website.
