Esbo IF

Esbo IF is a sports association based in Espoo, Finland, with a history dating back to 1916. The club promotes accessible, enjoyable physical activity and supports athletes from beginners to elite competitors. Athletics is at the heart of its programme, with junior and adult training groups, athletics school, running school, competition groups, multi-sport camps and summer camps. Young participants can also join gymnastics activities and family exercise sessions, while the club offers elite-sport opportunities for athletes pursuing high-level competition.

For adults, Esbo IF provides group exercise and recreational options including running, fitness circuits, bowling, handball, volleyball and recreational volleyball. The association also organises and participates in sporting events, including the Kurrerundan, Espoo Coastal Marathon, Solvalla Trail, Youth Athletics Games and Motonet GP. Its activities encompass training, competitions and community participation, with news and information available to members and the public. Membership is open in several categories, including ordinary, supporting, lifetime and honorary membership. Esbo IF also offers club clothing and sells Ullmax products.
