Après avoir été l’Ecole Préparatoire en Sciences Economiques, Commerciales et de Gestion de Constantine depuis 2010, notre institution se présente désormais comme Ecole Supérieure de Comptabilité et de Finances de Constantine (ESCFC). Elle est créée par le décret exécutif 17-87 du 18 Joumada El Oula 1438 correspondant au 15 Février 2017. Elle représente aujourd’hui un établissement public à caractère académique et scientifique sous la tutelle du ministère de l’Enseignement Supérieur et de la Recherche Scientifique.
