Escola de Volei Bernardinho

Escola de Vôlei Bernardinho provides volleyball instruction for children, teenagers, and adults, with a focus on skill development and personal growth. Its mission is to teach mini-volleyball through a distinctive methodology that combines sport with values including discipline, cooperation, responsibility, and perseverance. The school aims to offer personalized instruction that responds to students’ needs and develops each learner’s abilities.

Classes follow a playful, dynamic structure, typically moving from warm-ups and individual technique practice to tactical development and match play. Students practise core volleyball skills, such as setting and forearm passing, and learn to apply them in game situations. Activities are adapted to the group’s level, with instructors able to adjust lesson plans as needed.

The programme is organized into age-based categories: Mini 1 for ages 7–10, Mini 2 for ages 11–13, 4x4 for ages 14–16, and adult classes for ages 17 and over. Court dimensions, net heights, team sizes, and balls are adjusted to suit each category.
