Escola Bressol El Guirigall is a private early childhood school serving children from birth to age three, with centres in Barcelona and nearby locations including Gavà, Saurí, Moragas, Sant Feliu, and Vilanova i la Geltrú. Its mission is to support each child’s overall growth while nurturing curiosity, creativity, confidence, and happiness. The school follows its own active learning approach, centred on play, exploration, sensory spaces, and a method called “The 8 Senses.” Its facilities include equipped classrooms and safe areas for play and discovery.

Services include meals prepared in the school’s own kitchen, flexible hours and a late-afternoon play service, and support from psychology, psychopedagogy, and speech-language professionals. Children can take part in movement activities, playful English immersion, sign-supported communication using Baby Sign, aquatic classes, excursions, camps, and seasonal holiday programmes. The school also offers online medical advice for families and works in partnership with them to support children’s wellbeing. Teaching is offered in Catalan, Spanish, and English, and families can arrange an in-person visit to learn more.
