About EscolaJudoCoimbra
Escola de Judo de Coimbra (EJC) is a judo school built around a passion for the sport and a commitment to developing its practitioners. Established in 2012, it set out to provide quality athlete development while giving everyone the opportunity to practise judo. Its approach is guided by the principles of the discipline and an inclusive vision of a school for all.
EJC offers classes for different age groups and levels, including Judo Kids, Benjamins, Infantis, Juvenis and Graduados. Its coaching team includes experienced judoka who support instruction in areas such as kata, competition, grading and refereeing. The school also lists a dojo in Gouveia among its activities.
In 2022, EJC marked ten years of work, achievements and community growth, unveiling a commemorative logo and reaffirming its commitment to its founding values. Through its classes and technical team, the school aims to help judoka learn, progress and share in the lasting values of judo
