ESCOLAA Mui Fa

Mui Fa Escola de Kung Fu Shaolin is a martial arts school in Florianópolis, Brazil, teaching traditional Chinese Kung Fu and Tai Chi Chuan since 2015. Led by instructor Tiago Lucas Spagnuolo, the school aims to support students’ physical, mental, and emotional development through a modern, conscious approach to training. Its two disciplines are Choy Lay Fut, a traditional southern Chinese Kung Fu style featuring techniques inspired by five animals and training in hand, foot, and weapon forms, and Wu (Hao) style Tai Chi Chuan, practiced through slow, relaxed, coordinated movements.

Classes are available for adults and children, with Kung Fu sessions for children from age five. Training includes self-defense, physical conditioning, and breathing techniques; children’s classes also emphasize concentration, perseverance, sociability, and cooperation. The school offers a four-week introductory program, including a uniform, and invites prospective students to book a trial class. Its facilities include a dedicated training room, changing areas, showers, and parking.
