Escrimadores Berlin e. V. is a Berlin-based club dedicated to Filipino martial arts, including Escrima, Arnis and Kali.
For more than 20 years, the association has offered training and organized seminars, welcoming people interested in learning a broad range of movement practices, weapon arts, principles and stick-fighting techniques. Its instruction also covers self-defense techniques and competition formats, with training intensity adapted to participants’ physical abilities. Sessions take place several times a week, and newcomers can attend a trial class; loaner sticks are available for first visits.
The club does not set general age limits, though it currently has no separate children’s or youth program and expects younger participants to demonstrate discipline and sound judgment when training with sticks. Members compete in events such as Filipino stick-fighting championships, and the club shares news, reports and impressions of its activities online. Escrimadores Berlin emphasizes respectful, healthy practice and welcomes people who want to train free from hatred, violence, discrimination and antisocial behavior
