ESHOT Genel Müdürlüğü

ESHOT General Directorate is İzmir Metropolitan Municipality’s public transport organization, focused on delivering economical, safe, comfortable, continuous and reliable service with passenger satisfaction at its core. Its main service is an extensive city bus network connecting neighborhoods with major destinations and transport hubs across İzmir. Routes link districts and residential areas to metro, suburban rail and ferry connections, as well as airports, the intercity bus terminal, hospitals and university locations. ESHOT also provides night services and routes designed to support bicycle carriage.

The organization’s official website helps passengers plan journeys through route timetables, nearby-stop searches, route and destination information, live bus location tools and İzmir transport maps. Visitors can find details about transport cards and application centers, fares, service standards and travel rules, and submit suggestions, requests or complaints. The site also provides public information on lost property, procurement and tender notices, institutional reports, policies and activities. ESHOT presents itself as a public service institution committed to dependable urban mobility, supported by its bus fleet, workshops and garages, and ongoing operational planning.
