ESKC

ESKC Enso Dojo is a Shotokan karate club in Litoměřice, Czech Republic, offering regular training for children, teenagers, adults and families. Its approach treats karate as more than a sport: training combines physical technique with self-defence, discipline, focus, respect and personal growth. Members develop basic stances, movement and karate techniques while working on coordination, stability and concentration.

Sessions also introduce practical awareness of situations and ways to respond appropriately. The club emphasizes steady, step-by-step learning rather than quick results, welcoming beginners who are ready to start as well as those who train with family members. Enso Dojo presents karate as a way to meet challenges calmly and build control over one’s body, mind and reactions, both in the dojo and in everyday life.

Training takes place every Tuesday and Thursday at 6:00 p. m. in the gymnasium of Božena Němcová Elementary School in Litoměřice.

The club also shares articles, photographs and guidance for newcomers through its website
