Birth With Esme offers practical, supportive birth preparation led by Esme Witty, a former NHS midwife, hypnobirthing teacher and mother. Drawing on more than 10 years of experience supporting thousands of expectant mothers, Esme helps parents feel informed, calm and confident as they prepare to welcome their baby. Her approach combines antenatal education with real-life guidance, helping clients understand their options, communicate their needs and make choices that feel right for them.

Courses are designed for different preferences and birth plans, including home birth, caesarean birth, induction and water birth. The Private Course provides tailored one-to-one preparation for birthing couples, while The Birth Toolkit is a self-paced online course that participants can revisit at home. A Bump Besties option is also available for friends who are pregnant at the same time, with details provided by contacting Esme.

The website additionally features birth stories, tips and a free birth-preparation workshop. Birth With Esme aims to help every family approach birth feeling supported and empowered, whatever happens on the day.
