ESMGR

ESMGR is estate sale management software designed for companies running online auctions through Auction Flex. Rather than replacing the auction platform, it manages the work around a sale, from setup and cataloging to pickup coordination and preparation for settlement. Teams can create a sale, add sellers and consignor codes, and carry company settings forward to future auctions.

Using a phone, multiple team members can scan lot tags, take photos, dictate notes, and record measurements without installing an app. ESMGR uses item photos to draft titles and descriptions, including visible wear, while leaving condition claims cautious. Reusable condition notes, estimated values for starting bids, and a live dashboard with alerts for gaps in lot numbers help teams organize listings and catch issues early.

When cataloging is complete, users can download a CSV formatted for Auction Flex, with lot details such as seller codes, descriptions, bids, and dimensions. ESMGR offers monthly and per-auction pricing, tailored to the features a company needs.
