About Espacio Sati
Espacio Sati is a brand dedicated to the personal growth and development of individuals through the teaching of Mindfulness, Meditation, and Yoga. We offer activities for stress and anxiety reduction through the practice of mindfulness. Led by Silvio Raij, with the wonderful collaboration of Jimena Velázquez, Espacio Sati is a team of passionate professionals committed to accompanying people in growing and developing physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
We are an Education Institution registered with the Ministry of Education and Culture (MEC). Our team includes instructors for mindfulness for adults, mindfulness for children and adolescents, yoga for children, and general yoga. We offer various courses, including "Your First Steps in Mindfulness Practice" both in-person and online, aiming to help participants develop their ability to be present, discover patterns of thought that cause suffering, and explore exercises applicable to daily life.
