Esthers Coaching

Esthers Coaching is a women’s coaching practice based in Harderwijk, led by Esther Jongsma. It supports women who feel overwhelmed, unsettled, burdened by worries or loss, or are seeking a clearer way forward. Esther offers a non-judgmental space to talk, pause, understand needs and build calm and confidence. Her integrative coaching considers thoughts, feelings, the body, needs, faith, talents and life experiences, using experiential exercises and methods tailored to each client.

The practice also focuses on pregnancy, birth and motherhood. Mama coaching helps expectant and new mothers navigate emotional difficulty, anxiety or low mood during or after pregnancy, and challenges in finding their identity as a mother. Esther supports clients processing birth experiences, including through EMDR, and those grieving miscarriage or an unfulfilled wish for children. Sessions are paced to each person and aim to help clients cope with life’s demands without losing themselves. Esther draws on her experience at a midwifery practice, where she has worked since 2010, and her training as an integrative coach and birth-processing specialist.
