Spanning over 200 hectares, Château d'Estoublon boasts 120 hectares of olive groves and 20 hectares of vineyards. These orchards and vineyards are classified as Protected Designation of Origin. From cultivating the fruit to crafting and selling our bottles, sprays, and sets, each step is meticulously undertaken in accordance with Château d'Estoublon's rigorous standards.

Our grapes and olives are cultivated and processed on-site, following organic farming practices and using exclusively manual and mechanical processes, free from chemical intervention. At our splendidly restored outbuildings, you will find a boutique that rivals the finest establishments. Discover an array of locally sourced and globally inspired gastronomic treasures.
