Fundação Estudar is a Brazilian organization that has created opportunities for talented people to contribute to the country since 1991. Its work centers on identifying and supporting young Brazilians, while building a lifelong community for learning, connection and personal growth. Through the Líderes Estudar scholarship program, the foundation offers scholarships for study in Brazil or abroad and ongoing support for Fellows’ personal and professional development. Its Fellows community brings together people who can share experiences, build relationships and support one another over time.

The foundation also runs the Prep Program, which provides personalized guidance to Brazilian high school students who aspire to pursue undergraduate studies abroad. In addition to its programs for students and Fellows, Fundação Estudar works with companies, donors and institutional supporters to advance its mission. It shares stories and perspectives from its community through initiatives such as the Encontro de Gerações podcast, where Fellows from different decades discuss their choices, challenges and lessons.
