Estudio JYC is an architecture studio based in Bujalance, Córdoba, founded in 1996 by Jesús Jiménez Lara and currently directed by architects Juan Agustín Castro Martínez and Miguel Manzano Coca. With more than 20 years of experience in architecture, interior design and spatial planning, the studio works with both private clients and professional developers. Its approach combines creative thinking, technical rigour, practical functionality and sensitivity to the surrounding environment, with personalized support throughout each project—from the initial concept and technical development to completion.

Estudio JYC offers services for new homes, renovations, extensions and changes of use, as well as commercial premises, activity projects and opening licence applications. Its interior design work includes the renovation and decoration of homes and business spaces. Additional services include energy performance and building age certificates, technical building inspections, regularisation of existing structures, industrial buildings, roof replacements, legalisation, measurements and reports. The studio’s portfolio includes residential, interior design and commercial projects such as offices, cafés, restaurants and a dental clinic.
