EstYES is a non-profit youth organization in Estonia that specializes in volunteer work, youth exchanges, and training programs. With a mission to promote personal growth and intercultural learning through non-formal education and volunteer service, EstYES coordinates various international projects both in Estonia and abroad. Their activities include organizing and coordinating youth and volunteer camps, active participation in international cooperation networks, and managing development projects outside of Europe.

EstYES also coordinates the activities of foreign volunteers in Estonia and sends Estonian youth and youth workers to participate in Erasmus+ youth exchanges and training programs. Additionally, EstYES aims to create supportive communities in Estonia by involving mentors and group leaders, organizing events and cultural evenings, and promoting international and non-formal learning opportunities. Through their work, EstYES fosters global cooperation, tolerance, solidarity, and respect, contributing to the personal development of young people and the development of local communities
