Eterna-Link

Eterna-Link provides durable QR memorial plaques that connect a gravesite or place of remembrance to an online profile celebrating a person’s life. Its 6-by-6-centimeter aluminum plaques feature laser-engraved QR codes, which visitors can scan with a smartphone to open the profile in a browser, without installing an app. Profiles can include a biography, photographs, videos, life events, family memories, condolences, personal dedications, a family tree, and a time capsule, and can be edited over time.

The service is designed to help families preserve stories for future generations and share them with relatives and visitors around the world. Eterna-Link offers the plaque and digital memorial for a one-time payment, with no subscription or hidden ongoing fees; the site lists a 280 zł option and also references Standard and Premium packages. Customers can create profiles themselves or request assistance preparing biographies, selecting photos, and organizing family stories.

The company also operates a partnership program for funeral homes, museums, local businesses, and individuals interested in offering its memorial products
