Eternal Waters Aquamation

Eternal Waters Aquamation provides gentle, flame-free aftercare for pets in Converse, Texas. Veteran-owned, the business offers aquamation, also known as alkaline hydrolysis, as a water-based alternative to traditional flame cremation. The process uses warm water and natural alkali to return a pet’s remains to the earth, without fire or air emissions. The company says aquamation uses 90% less energy than flame cremation and returns about 20% more ashes.

Each pet is handled individually in a dedicated container, with tracking procedures intended to ensure families receive only their own pet’s ashes. Services are available for dogs, cats, and small pets, including rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, birds, lizards, and turtles. Families can arrange an appointment or pickup, then choose to collect the ashes or have them delivered. Decorative urns are available, and custom hand-drawn pet portraits can be purchased separately. Same-day appointments may be available. Eternal Waters Aquamation emphasizes respectful, compassionate handling throughout the process and offers a discount for military personnel, firefighters, and police officers.
