Der Deutsche Ethikrat ist ein unabhängiges Gremium, das Gesellschaft und Politik in ethischen Fragen berät. Dazu erarbeitet der Rat Stellungnahmen, vor allem im Bereich der Lebenswissenschaften, organisiert öffentliche Veranstaltungen und arbeitet mit den Ethikräten anderer Länder zusammen. Die Aufgaben des Rates sind im Ethikratgesetz festgelegt. Der Rat besteht derzeit aus 25 Mitgliedern, die naturwissenschaftliche, medizinische, theologische, philosophische, ethische, soziale, ökonomische und rechtliche Belange repräsentieren. Die Ratsmitglieder üben ihr Mandat ehrenamtlich aus. Unsere Publikationen sowie die Dokumentationen all unserer Veranstaltungen sind öffentlich und kostenfrei auf unserer Website www.ethikrat.org zugänglich. Hier postet die Geschäftsstelle.

About Deutscher Ethikrat
