Ethos Floral Events

Ethos Floral Events is a full-service floral design studio based in Midlothian, Virginia, serving the Greater Richmond area, Charlottesville, and beyond. Led by owner and designer Stacy Borelli, the studio creates thoughtfully curated flowers for weddings and special events, tailoring each design to the client and occasion. Its approach combines attentive collaboration with carefully sourced floral products from local growers and suppliers around the world. Designs range from loose, garden-inspired arrangements to minimalist and modern styles, with an emphasis on color, balance, composition, and distinctive details.

Ethos Floral Events offers wedding and micro-wedding flowers, corporate event florals, memorial flowers, and flowers to send. The studio also hosts floral class events. For weddings, the booking process includes an initial consultation, an itemized proposal, and a signed contract with a retainer to reserve the date. Stacy’s background in wedding photography and floral design informs the studio’s visual sensibility and client-focused service. Equity and inclusivity are central values, and the business also highlights minority- and LGBTQ+-owned businesses through its blog and social media.
