About Etincelle
Etincelle | Kladno is a brand that encompasses a group of social enterprises dedicated to supporting individuals with disabilities on their journey back to a fulfilling life. As one of the most prominent employers of people with disabilities, particularly those with mental disabilities, in the Czech Republic, we provide employment opportunities for 200 individuals. Our operations include a range of establishments such as cafes, bistros, a craft bakery, a coffee roastery, and cleaning teams.
In addition, we offer catering services, produce dog biscuits, and provide laundry services. We also have a farm and offer social services. At Etincelle | Kladno, we believe in empowering individuals to prove their value to themselves and their community.
