etisch Vegan

Its approach centers on enjoying creative vegan cooking, sharing time, and making guests feel at home. The menu spans breakfast, lunch, sweets, and drinks, with options including a Sunday Turkish-style breakfast, superfood muesli, croissants, and cakes made with spelt flour. Lunch offerings include bowls, Turkish lentil soup, filled börek, and wraps, with ingredients such as tofu, hummus, lentils, vegetables, and plant-based cheese.

Weekday lunch menus pair a bowl or soup with a drink, or offer both together. Seasonal specials add variety, while the drinks list ranges from espresso, Turkish mocha, and matcha to fresh orange juice and iced beverages. Beyond the café menu, etisch.

hosts activities and gatherings, including different forms of yoga, courses, singing circles, women’s and men’s circles, and cacao ceremonies. The café presents itself as an open, lively meeting place for enjoying food, conversation, and community at an individual pace
