East Tennessee REALTORS

Founded in 1912, East Tennessee REALTORS® is a professional association serving real estate practitioners and the public in East Tennessee. Based in Knoxville, the organization works to unite and support its members, strengthen their ability to conduct business ethically and professionally, and promote the right to own, transfer, and use real property.

The association provides continuing education through in-person and virtual courses, alongside events, member resources, and access to property listings, commercial property information, forms, and MLS-related services. Its research and Market Pulse newsletter share local housing market analysis and policy updates. Members can also access tools such as FOREWARN, a complimentary service for primary and secondary members that helps verify identities and review information about potential clients.

East Tennessee REALTORS® supports advocacy on issues affecting the real estate industry, including through the REALTORS® Political Action Committee. Its other programs include a Benevolent Fund offering eligible members and their families assistance during severe financial hardship, and professional standards resources centered on the National Association of REALTORS® Code of Ethics.
