About ETOP
ETOP, the Estonian Association of Work and Organizational Psychologists, was founded in Tallinn on October 30, 2019, by three professionals in the field. Their mission is to unite work and organizational psychologists and individuals interested in the field to improve the work environment for everyone. ETOP aims to connect professionals in the field, support the development and application of work and organizational psychology in Estonia, and enhance collaboration between researchers and practitioners.
They also strive to promote the well-being and performance of individuals in the workplace through research, practice, and education. ETOP offers resources like webinars, tips for working from home, and events to help individuals navigate challenges like burnout and adapting to new work environments, like remote work.
