Ets GOUPIL

Ets GOUPIL is an independent funeral services and memorial masonry business based in Vitré, Brittany, serving families for more than 40 years. Its team provides attentive support throughout the arrangements, from care and transport of the deceased to ceremony planning, burial or cremation, and related administrative formalities. The company also operates a funeral home and offers a 24-hour, 7-day-a-week phone line for urgent needs.

Its workshops in Vitré produce French-made granite memorials, including funeral, cremation and commemorative monuments, with bespoke designs, engraved text and images, and decorative details. The business also creates original stone sculptures and sells funeral items such as plaques, vases, urns, crucifixes, bronze ornaments, and natural or artificial flowers. Through a flower-delivery partner, natural flowers can be ordered throughout France.

Cemetery services include monument installation and restoration, vault work, exhumations, and development of columbarium spaces. Ets GOUPIL also provides maintenance and flower-care contracts, funeral pre-planning, and online notices of deaths and funerals. Its teams serve the Vitré area and deliver monuments around Vitré, Rennes and Laval.
