EUAM Ukraine is a brand dedicated to assisting Ukrainian authorities in achieving sustainable reform of the civilian security sector. Established in 2014 in response to the Revolution of Dignity, EUAM Ukraine works closely with Ukrainian counterparts to provide strategic advice and practical support for reform measures in line with EU standards and international principles of good governance and human rights. Comprising over 400 international and Ukrainian members, including advisors from across the EU, the brand operates through offices in Kyiv, Lviv, and Odesa, with a Mobile Unit serving Liberated and Adjacent Territories.

EUAM Ukraine's mandate is implemented through three Lines of Operation: strategic advice, operational support, and cooperation and coordination. With a vision of an efficient, accountable civilian security sector, EUAM Ukraine aims to foster trust and reform in law enforcement agencies and rule of law institutions to rebuild public confidence and strengthen Ukraine's security sector
