The European Union of the Deaf (EUD) is a not-for-profit European non-Governmental organization (ENGO) based in Brussels, Belgium. Founded in 1985, it is the only supranational organization representing Deaf people at the European level. EUD's members include National Associations of the Deaf (NADs) from all 27 EU member states, as well as Iceland, Norway, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.

EUD's main objective is to establish and maintain EU-level dialogue with institutions and officials through consultation and cooperation with its member NADs. As a full member of the European Disability Forum (EDF) and a Regional Co-operating Member of the World Federation of the Deaf (WFD), EUD addresses global issues affecting the Deaf community. It also has participatory status with the Council of Europe (CoE).

EUD works towards achieving equality for Deaf people throughout Europe, advocating for the recognition of the right to use indigenous sign language, empowerment through communication and information, and equality in education and employment. Through its various projects and publications, EUD strives to promote inclusion, rights, and values for the Deaf community in collaboration with the European Commission's Citizens, Equality, Rights and Values (CERV) program
